Facility Manager (Fixed term.) (PE-12393)
· The provision of property, facilities, and office/site management has a significant impact on all aspects of the business.
· Ensuring a safe, healthy, and productive working environment to drive employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.
· Design and implementation of office layouts, managing layout changes, and dynamically adapting these to actual employee needs, health & safety regulations, and flexible working requirements.
· Managing office capacity and optimizing hotdesking practices.
· Overseeing the project workshop area, including defining appropriate usage guidelines for visitors.
· Collaborating with service vendors to define the scope and specifications of key service contracts (including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators) as they come up for renewal.
· Independently developing, implementing, and managing all critical and emergency planning processes within Hungary, with full autonomy in decision-making and execution.
Requirements:
· In-depth knowledge of current legislation related to Health and Safety compliance, property regulations, and operational building management to mitigate compliance risks for senior leadership.
· Strong understanding of facilities management practices (including company cars) and current trends across Hungary and Europe.
· Business expertise including:
o Office property management and IT server room infrastructure
o Health and Safety regulations specific to Hungary
o Company car policies and practices in Hungary
o Bachelor’s degree (BSc) and relevant experience in Facilities Management, supported by appropriate references, are essential.
· Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
· Procurement-related training.
· Property law training.
