Our multinational client is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services for which we look for new candidates to French or German Speaking Integration Specialist position.

As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.

As an Integration Specialists you support both vendor and customer integrations within defined areas, such as new standardised integrations or in extending existing solutions to additional customer or partner entities. You assist with day-to-day operational issues, support internal and external inquiries, investigate problems, monitor and ensure existing integrations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Implementation of new integrations within defined standards on both the customer and vendor sides
• Serving as the point of contact and coordinating the complete implementation of assigned projects internally
• Support of integrations by performing agreed Business as Usual (BAU) activities, such as general data maintenance, handling minor changes during ongoing operations, managing incidents, and carrying out related specific tasks
• Creation and maintenance of documentation for each integration in the agreed format and level of detail
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for customer/vendor integrations in the context of end-to-end operational support, including direct communication with vendor/customer contacts
• Support of internal colleagues in day-to-day operations
• Advising responsible roles on training needs and supporting the development of training materials
• Delivery of trainings for defined integrations or general topics
• Support of the development and implementation of enhancements and technical releases of solutions
• Active contribution to the definition of enhancements and ensuring appropriate testing activities to confirm that delivered functionalities meet requirements and design specifications, while mitigating potential negative impacts on other features or processes
• Support of service provider management and the platforms used in the context of integrations
• Execution of individually agreed administrative activities in the context of eCommerce/vendor B2B

What you need to have:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of integrations
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and either German or French
• Detailed knowledge of customer or vendor integrations
• Experience in providing technical management and advisory support to project teams
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of IT supply chain and service processes
• Excellence in collaborating and maintaining a constructive network of relationships
• Strong analytical skills, high resilience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
