Your tasks will be:

-- Actively contribute to the smooth and successful transition of onboarding services and responsibilities in close collaboration with German colleagues
-- Provide support, information and guidance in the onboarding area of the employee lifecycle while ensuring customer satisfaction and data integrity
-- Handle onboarding related inquiries from our partners and customers located in Germany with accuracy and effectiveness
-- Take part in the daily operation of entering and maintaining employee data in our systems while taking into account compliance with local labour laws and company policies
-- Organize and manage your operative tasks independently, ensuring all responsibilities are carried out thoroughly and efficiently
-- Take a pivotal role in creating, refining, and enhancing HR process documentation, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement

Qualifications needed:

-- Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas
-- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas
-- Personality: You are thorough, detail-oriented, service minded and diligent. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills
-- Languages: Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken and Mid-level English (B1) skills
-- SAP, Workday or other corporate governance system knowledge is an advantage
