You will get the chance to collaborate with our HR colleagues and service providers across the globe while being in charge of the expatriation process of certain colleagues dedicated to you. Acting as a first point of contact you will be the all-knowing responsible for cases assigned to you while being exposed to a great variety of HR related topics.

The position offers a unique complexity of tasks in the field of human resources.

Your tasks will be:

-- End-to-end coordination of international assignments according to the company and country specific regulations to or out of Germany in cooperation with our external partners
-- Acting as a first point of contact and connecting link between our employees (expats) and service providers as well as the receiving locations’ stakeholders and HR colleagues throughout the expatriation process
-- Ensuring the relevant compensation, legal, immigration, labour and tax compliance based on the knowledge acquired from the training and onboarding plan
-- Supporting the employees in work-related or personal questions handling them with empathy and confidence
-- Preparation of the compensation package, contracts, annual salary review, bonus, promotion and the coordination of the onboarding and repatriation

Qualifications needed:

-- Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology Humanities Studies or related areas
-- Experience: You have minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Shared Service Center and/or Human Resources, Finance, Data analysis, Risk Management, or other related fields
-- Personality: You are organized with good time-management skills and an analytical mindset. You are empathetic, can handle confidential information and are able to make decisions independently
-- Languages: You have advanced English and German skills (written and spoken).
