Your tasks will be:
-- Play a pivotal role in the seamless transition of HR functions from Austria, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of tasks to our team
-- Provide comprehensive support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive experience at every stage
-- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and requests from employees, HR Business Partners or managers located in Austria, delivering timely and effective solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction
-- Take part in the creation, refinement and enhancement of HR process documentation, and the continuous identification of opportunities for improvement
Qualifications needed:
-- Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas
-- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas
-- Personality: You are detail- and solution oriented, service minded and accurate. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills
-- Languages: Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
