• Reporting and variance analysis of inventory receipts into EAME warehouses.
• Compilation of month end reporting pack and other analysis for division operation management
• Annual standard to standard cost change program and maintenance of piece part standard cost data; reporting of variances to purchasing department
• Financial support to finance and operational departments
• Quality discrepancies in the warehouses; raising of debit notes; maintenance of obsolete Goods Inwards Receipts
• Inventory Reconciliation between Oasis Physical and SAP Financial inventory, and investigating gains or losses over a tolerance level
• Coding Sundry documents and query resolution for payables analysts
• Price & Quantity Discrepancies, Cost allowance, Inbound Freight, Direct From Supplier and Packaging summaries for use by other Managers
• Prepare spreadsheets for quarterly forecasts and input actuals data
• Creation of new receivables accounts for new customers
• Sundry Code and Material Price Variance Grid maintenance
• Preparation and posting of elimination entries into Finance Consolidation System
• Preparation of quarterly forecasts including loads into Onestream for a particular warehouse including obsolescence for all warehouses
• Liaising with Parts Inventory and Financial Planning team regarding obsolescence calculations
• Preparation of Quarterly Balance Sheet Reconciliations ready for Manager review
• Compliance to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls assigned to Cost Accounting
• Maintenance of Cost Accounting Systems Documentation
• Getting involved in the set up of new Parts warehouse locations, including attending meetings and testing data
• Help to prepare audit schedules including documents for SOX controls

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as SAP key user is an advantage.
• Possession of good PC/Excel skills.
