Senior Financial Analyst (PE-12161)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes of the business segments in scope.
• Establish a process for Analysis and explanations of deviation between
budget/forecasts/actuals.
• Review and interpretation of actual results, and identifying areas for action and
improvement.
• Build a currently non-existent knowledge base on Balance Sheet accounting and
movements and document it.
• Any ad hoc project related to the business which requires financial involvement.
• Own the corporate cost centre forecasting and reporting cycles.
• Lead the Headcount forecasting and reporting process for the EME Region.
• Supports central FP&A Managers where necessary in ad hoc analysis.
• Identify key performance drivers and alert the business to enable making a wide variety of decisions, from strategic projects to effective operational running of the business.
What you need to have:
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A
• Good working knowledge of financial and management accounting
• Experience in a broad range of finance processes such as actuals closing, budgeting
and forecasting are considered as pre-requisite
• Appreciation of a large multi-site multi-region organization and operating with a matrix
organization structure
• Advanced Computer Literacy: Excel, strong spreadsheet skills (Access, database
management preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of OneStream, SAP or other ERP systems is a must
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
