Controlling Specialist (OpEx Controller) (PE -12165)
Key Responsibilities:
-- Execution of planning, steering, and controlling tasks for the overhead cost areas of Product Management, Sales, and Marketing within EME for German entities.
-- Detailed overhead cost controlling
-- Identification and analysis of variances between budget/forecast and actual values, proposing corrective measures as needed.
-- Providing professional support to cost center managers on budget and cost-related inquiries, ensuring effective cross-company coordination.
Budget & Forecast Process:
-- Coordination of salary, wage data, and headcount figures in collaboration with HR representatives during planning and projections.
-- Alignment of budget and forecast figures with responsible managers.
-- Verification of the plausibility of planning data, including payroll, OpEx, statistical indicators, and allocations.
Monthly Closing:
-- Ensuring the correct financial recording
-- Headcount and payroll controlling, including reconciliation of personnel-related costs.
-- Verification of allocations for responsible areas.
-- Reconciliation of actual data in SAP with OneStream for responsible areas.
Reporting:
-- Preparation of financial reports and ad hoc analysis for cost center and department managers via OneStream and SAP.
What you need to have:
-- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling.
-- Strong knowledge of SAP R/3, particularly SAP CO and SAP BI.
-- Excellent MS Excel skills.
-- Fluent English (written and spoken), strong German skills preferred.
