You are part of young, motivated and candidate-experience focused HR Service Team, which takes care from Budapest of the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, you are surrounded by a global company network of recruitment specialists that you work together with on a regular basis.

Your tasks will be:

-- Actively contribute in the setup, shaping and further development of our newly established People Acquisition Campus (PAC) with best practice sharing of other PAC countries within the company to create a good candidate experience before, during and after the application.
-- Attract candidates while utilizing various sourcing channels and methodology.
-- Effectively utilize internal databases, social media channels and job boards to engage new candidates.
-- Develop a network among potential candidates.
-- Manage job postings and applicantions.
-- Work closely together with the Staffing team within the HR Service Hub to secure the onboarding process for our new-joiners.

Qualifications needed:

-- Background: University Degree (Business, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences or comparable)
-- Experience: 1-3 years of experience of recruitment
-- Personality: Open-minded, self-organized, proactive, advanced stakeholder management skills
-- Languages: Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
