The Logistics Specialist is responsible for end-to-end resupply planning, inventory management, and coordination of transportation. The role ensures optimal inventory levels, cost-effective and compliant transportation, accurate freight settlement, and reliable service delivery through close collaboration with internal teams and external logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage resupply orders based on demand forecasts, inventory targets, and service requirements.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability across assigned warehouses.
• Perform stock reconciliation and maintain alignment between physical inventory and SAP records.
• Coordinate logistics and inventory-related issues and drive root cause analysis for recurring deviations.
• Plan and execute import and export transportation orders, ensuring cost-effective and compliant shipment execution.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, ensuring end-to-end visibility.
• Monitor transportation performance, resolve disruptions, and manage logistics-related vendor complaints.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and support customs documentation and clearance processes.
• Validate freight invoices, investigate cost deviations, and support freight settlement processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, OTC, logistics) to improve supply chain processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in export/import operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping procedures, and inventory management.
• Advanced English skills; additional European language (preferably German) is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP and logistics/supply chain systems; MS Office proficiency required.
• Project coordination experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
