Your future tasks will be…
· Support global Indirect Procurement function in the management of Corporate Travel for our business in Germany and Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes in our new procurement Center of Excellence in Hungary.
· Managing the Travel team mailbox: answering travel related queries from employees and helping to resolve travel booking issues
· Communicate booking details to external service providers
· Build relationships with suppliers to aid overall travel function
· Validation of business travel related invoices and credit notes to support accounting process
· Profile management of corporate credit card holders and online booking tool users
· General administration of system new starters and leavers
· Providing prompt system support and guidance to employees across the globe on how to use our different procurement tools and systems
· Approval and vetting of orders (shopping carts) placed on our internal procurement system (SRM)
· Timely creation of Purchase Orders in SAP
· Build relationships with suppliers to aid overall procurement function
You are the ideal candidate if...
· Fluent in English and German
· High level of computer literacy and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint site editing and creation, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Ability to independently prioritise workload in accordance with urgency
· Adaptable and flexible to help with all administration requirements to support the team
· Self-motivated and must be willing to learn and understand internal processes, systems
· Understanding of Procure 2 Pay cycle and associated processes
