On behalf of our multinational client we are currently looking for a Change Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Change Impact Assessment
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of changes on various business units.
- Develop strategies to mitigate negative impacts and enhance positive outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement Plan
- Identify key stakeholders and develop comprehensive engagement plans.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.

Training Plan
- Design and implement training programs tailored to different audiences to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Communication Strategy
- Develop clear communication strategies that articulate the goals, benefits, and progress of change initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels to maintain transparency.

Adoption Readiness Report
- Prepare detailed reports assessing organizational readiness for upcoming changes.
- Identify potential barriers to adoption and propose actionable solutions.

Market Influencer Collaboration
- Work closely with market influencers to leverage their roles in promoting change initiatives.
- Build partnerships that enhance Diageo's market presence during transitions.

Action Plans for Readiness Gaps
- Develop and manage action plans at the market level to address identified gaps in readiness.
- Monitor progress against these plans and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field; Certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in change management or related roles within large organizations.
- Proven track record of leading successful change programs with measurable results.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and geographies.
