Product Owner ERP (VB-12172)
Key Responsibilities:
Define the vision and roadmap for ERP features
Prioritize, develop, and deliver features in close alignment with stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
Lead sprint planning, iteration execution, and performance tracking via KPIs
Create and enhance features in ERP, particularly within the offer-to-order lifecycle
Analyze success metrics and continuously evolve the feature set
Requirements:
Experience as a Product Owner or Engineer with ERP Systems, ideally Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O
Deep understanding of e-commerce workflows, especially within retail
Proficiency with databases, networking, DevOps, and cloud environments
Agile mindset with DevOps integration and stakeholder collaboration
Analytical thinker with strong communication and ownership
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Bonus: Certifications in Azure/AWS, TOGAF, SAF
• Collaborating with the Solution Architect to create and execute the vision for CRM systems and features.
• Developing a product roadmap based on the vision.
• Creating and enhancing CRM features.
• Acting as the interface between stakeholders and the CRM team for concept creation and feature development.
• Taking hands-on responsibility for managing platform features.
• Managing the backlog by gathering and prioritizing demands from stakeholders.
• Prioritizing features and incidents based on business value and effort.
• Measuring the success of implemented features through KPIs and ROI.
• Continuously analyzing and identifying potential enhancements with stakeholders and feature analysts.
• Creating feature and user stories with the team, stakeholders, and scrum team.
• Reviewing designs for new or modified features.
• Leading feature delivery according to sprint plans.
• Preparing and executing iterations (sprints and feature sprints) with the scrum master.
• Conducting regular audits and quality assurance tests.
• Monitoring CRM strategy effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
Professional Requirements:
• Several years of experience as an IT Product Owner for CRM systems, ideally Salesforce products.
• Strong knowledge of software development, databases, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, TOGAF, SAFe).
• Industry knowledge in retail.
• Deep knowledge and experience in the offer-to-order process.
