Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and expected business outcomes are met
Manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
Collaborate with global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and senior management
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, Gantt charts, RAID logs, and status reports
Prepare and present clear, professional documentation and updates for Steering Committees and senior stakeholders
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
Facilitate regular status meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in risk, compliance, data, or cyber security projects
Proven track record of managing complex projects with global teams
Strong knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Visio, Roadmunk, etc.)
Professional training or certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Strong planning, monitoring, and reporting capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Advantages
