Requirements:

-- Technical or engineer education degree
-- 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar tasks (requirement process development, organizing reviews, moderation; establishing the requirement structure, coordinating, and providing trainings)
-- German fluently and confidently
-- Familiar with programming (e.g. Python, Java) and can leverage this to adapt the applications
