E-commerce & Marketing Specialist (PE - 12250)
-- Develop and implement eCommerce strategy aligned with the company’s business goals in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Digital, Marketing, IT, Finance, Sales…)
-- Implementation of eCommerce campaigns in collaboration with Digital, Marketing and Sales teams to drive traffic and sales (Paid Campaign, Social Commerce, Google Shopping, Marketing Automation)
-- Day-to-day eCommerce platform operation management to ensure smooth operation : SEO gaps, leverage delivery & payments options, in-site campaign promotions (coupons…)
-- e-Marchandising operation to achieve sales target and increasing conversion of online visitors : webmastering, image optimization, content creation, customer reviews.
-- Monitor site performance metrics to improve webshop performance with the use of local or global dashboard and metrics tools (Google Analytics)..
-- Identify and capitalize on online market growth opportunities, conduct competitor research and market trend analysis
-- keep up to date with the online ecosystem to keep pace with competitors websites best practices (including advertising, pricing, content elements…)

Websites :
Manage, develop, and deploy websites (B2C/B2B) in collaboration with company HQ, ensuring brand consistency and optimal user experience.
Define and develop a compelling content strategy to engage target audiences and drive website traffic.
Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website ranking.
Analyze website performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Social Media :
Shape and implement company social media strategy across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
Create engaging social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Oversee paid media campaigns on social media, managing execution and budget in collaboration with key stakeholders (external agency).
Collaborate with pet influencers to expand brand reach and increase awareness among customers.
Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports.
E-Mailing & Marketing Automation:
-- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads (B2C), promote products/services (B2B), and drive conversions.
-- Manage email marketing automation workflows (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to deliver targeted messages based on customer behavior and preferences.
-- Segment email lists and personalize email content to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
-- Analyze email marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved results.
-- Ensure compliance with internal email marketing regulations and share best practices.

-- Master theoretical and operational marketing processes
-- Know the markets and products within its scope
-- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, and in particular webmarketing.
