As a *Manual Tester* you will be responsible for testing and validating our software solutions, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements tailored specifically for the real estate industry. You will test a range of features, from lease management and financial tracking. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify issues, track defects, and ensure that our products delivers a seamless experience to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Plan, implement, and execute testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing, with a focus on key features such as lease administration, property accounting, financial reporting.
▪ Oversee test execution and ensure the software meets client requirements
▪ Identify, document, and track defects related to real estate-specific functionalities, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with the development team.
▪ Analyze business requirements and user stories from a testing perspective, recognizing product risks and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
▪ Propose refinements to user stories and suggest additional test cases to enhance accuracy and completeness.
▪ Maintain continuous collaboration with the development team and product owners.
▪ Reproduce and troubleshoot defects, providing detailed bug reports.
▪ Ensure that all resolved bugs and new functionalities are fully tested smooth integration into the overall system.
▪ Prepare comprehensive test reports and documentation, tracking progress and highlighting key findings.
▪ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing insights on system usability, quality, and testing best practices.
▪ Active participation in the design, implementation and development test automation frameworks.

Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
▪ Proven experience as a Manual Tester, Quality Assurance (QA) Tester, or similar role with specific experience in testing Real Estate Management Systems or ERP related software solutions.
▪ Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Familiarity with testing tools and issue-tracking systems like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.
▪ Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot issues within complex, real estate-specific workflows.
▪ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly for issues in real estate management processes (e.g., financial discrepancies, lease management bugs,etc).
▪ Familiarity with basic SQL for testing database queries related to property and tenant data is a plus.
▪ Experience with cross-platform testing (web and mobile) is an advantage
▪ Excellent communication skills to document and communicate test results effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
