Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services (Java, Spring Boot, Micronaut)
• Build and optimize microservices, integrate Kafka for messaging
• Manage and deploy containerized services using Docker and AWS ECS
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to support efficient delivery processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services for performance and reliability
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other development teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)

What We Expect:
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot / Micronaut
• Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (Redis) databases
• Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS ECS
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Clean coding mindset and experience with unit testing
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); SAFe is a plus
