Our partner is building its second European production base in Debrecen to serve the European market even more efficiently and to develop its international production network. They look for new candidates for a Manufacturing Controller position.

Main tasks:
• Continuously improve of the production related cost control process from orders receiving throughout products ship out.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to the company accounting monitoring standards and Hungarian law.
• Coordinates each departments’ cost related administration processes.
• Support on-site/office manual and automatic accounting operations and support improvements.
• Lead daily stock checks in production areas and initiate the necessary inventory adjustments.
• Improve accounting and costing KPI data (WIP, scrap, etc.) reporting and prepare weekly and monthly analysis of them.
• Identify root causes of recurring/long-term process problems and drive improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring and coordination of the cost centers spending.
• Responsible for budgeting process.
• Controls the Manufacturing expenses spends.

What we expect from you:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, data analysis, business or other relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in controlling/data analysis.
• Able to skillfully use Excel, PPT and other office software.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
