Employee relations specialist (SZJ-12177)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes;
• Coordinate occupational health examinations;
• Handle employee-related issues and disciplinary processes;
• Prepare HR reports, statistics, and labor documents;
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide data to payroll partner;
• Participate in improving internal communication.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Economics, Business administration or related field;
• Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices;
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem solving skills;
• Ability to handle confidential matters professionally, high empathy and system-oriented mindset;
• At least 3 years of experience in Employee relations or similar field;
• Proficiency in HR softwares and MS Office;
• Proficient English and Hungarian language skills
