Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a new state-of-the-art data platform to replace the existing system, while ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the current platform.
• Build a foundation for advanced insights and data-supported, automated decision-making processes.
• Collaborate within a group-wide data organization, contributing to a data-driven corporate strategy that adds value to business units.
• Support colleagues in platform architecture, self-service BI, and AI.

Professional Requirements:
• Several years of experience as a Data Engineer or Senior Data Engineer.
• Expertise in building multi-data platform solutions or cloud-based infrastructures, including infrastructure as code.
• Strong knowledge of relational database technologies, preferably Snowflake, SQL Server, or similar.
• Competence in ETL/ELT frameworks, such as DBT, Azure Data Factory, or similar.
• Deep understanding of GIT and CI-CD processes.
• Proven programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Knowledge of different data architectures (microservices, real-time processing, DWH design methodologies).
