Team Leader and Security Architect (IF - 12104)
• Lead and manage the Infrastructure Support and Security Operations unit.
• Ensure IT infrastructure support aligns with enterprise architecture, security standards, and operational compliance.
• Provide expertise in Information Security, server management, and cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring SLAs/OLAs are met and monitor operational performance.
• Manage escalation processes and ensure continuous improvement of ITIL-based configuration, change management, and service delivery.
• Conduct market assessments to improve operational efficiency and recommend new tools or methods.
• Act as a technical expert, providing guidance on infrastructure and security services maintenance and BAU support.
• Ensure budget control for operational maintenance while improving efficiency within approved expenditure.
• Support audits, penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and maintain security compliance.
• Lead cybersecurity incident response, disaster recovery efforts, and ensure timely recovery from incidents.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance, SLAs, and service delivery are met.
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in computer science or related field. ITIL certification and Microsoft certifications are required.
• 10+ years in data center management and Windows Server administration. Experience in cloud infrastructure, security operations, and ethical hacking is a plus.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), networking, and security management. Proficiency in PowerShell and systems management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional IFRC languages (French, Spanish, Arabic) preferred.
