• Support Product Owners and business lead/experts in defining business requirements
• Challenge current business processes in order to surface overall improvement points
• Define solution configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Contribute to design, documentation and maintenance of solution processes
• Contribute to design and maintenance of data models of the Retail Lending solution
• By close collaboration with UI designer and UX research team Business Analyst ensure business rules are captured correctly
• Communicate key insights and findings to engineering and development team
• Perform quality assurance and constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Design and optionally build retail lending processes based on BPMN 2.0
• Design user interfaces for the abovementioned processes for both generated and custom screens
• Define business rules and validations via DMN files or via MVEL, or using other supported scripting languages
• Ensures alignment on integrations, design and create integration connectors in a visual manner
• Ensures Definition Of Ready is respected

Requirements
• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis (preferably 6+ years)
• Proven experience in obtaining requirements including test definitions
• Advanced knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Degree in IT / Computer Science and/or Finance/Banking or relevant field
• A good command of English (written and oral) is essential, any CEE language is an advantage.
