Responsibilities
Management of, as well as implementation of and collaboration on, projects for the introduction and optimization of data processing applications
• Design of organizational processes in connection with the above-mentioned tasks in cooperation with the departments concerned
• System support tasks for central systems in ERP environment for support/disruption due to time zone issues
• Close cooperation with the IT Infrastructure Operations and Support department and the decentralized IT managers in connection with the above tasks
• Basic administration tasks for the ERP systems (document development, batch processing, interface monitoring, permission management)
• Support (technical and content-related) of the ERP system and its subsystems, master data topics, plus EDI interfaces
• Contribution to conception, implementation, and operation of interfaces between systems
• Consulting of the departments in the use of existing applications
• Close cooperation with central IT at HQ in Germany
• bridge function between IT and business (focus on SCM)
• Documentation of the above-mentioned scopes

Secondary task
: • Collaboration in temporary internal working groups
. • 1st and 2nd level support (call center/telephone hotline)
• Tasks that arise situationally within IT projects

Prerequisites
• Bachelor of Science or Business Informatics or comparable knowledge acquired in practice.
• Several years of professional experience in the IT environment -> ERP know-how
