Responsibilities:
Daily contact with the customers and the production
Coordinating the investigation of complaints
Defining errors in collaboration with the other departments
Implementation of corrective measures, monitoring of the status of the measures
Organization of customer audits
Preparation of reports, analyzes

Requirements:
University degree (technical field)
2-3 years of relevant experience at a manufacturing company
Strong communication skills in English
Knowledge on Quality tools (8D, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP etc…)
User level knowledge of MS office
