Responsibilities

-- System Changes and Management – Identify and implement necessary system changes, gather user feedback, manage change control processes, and ensure seamless system updates without disrupting user operations. Communicate changes effectively to users.
-- Salesforce Administration – Oversee all aspects of Salesforce including managing new releases, customizing fields, views, reports, dashboards, and maintaining workflows and configurations. Create custom objects and handle ongoing system alterations.
-- System Security and Integrity – Maintain user roles, profiles, and security settings, map Salesforce hierarchy, manage user licenses, and ensure data integrity by monitoring application storage and archiving data as needed.
-- User Training and Support – Deliver training and support to users, expand Salesforce usage, assist in creating sales processes, and enhance user experience by communicating updates and addressing user needs.
-- Process Documentation and Data Management – Document processes and workflows, assist in data migration, monitor and improve data quality, manage duplicate records, and ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
-- Reporting and Dashboards – Create, maintain, and manage reports and dashboards, develop complex reports for senior management, and organize report folders to improve sales efficiency.

Requirements:

-- At least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience
-- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and proven ability to expand those capabilities through custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integrations
-- Strong reporting background using Salesforce.com reporting functionality
-- Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to improve reporting, workflows, and system functions
-- Salesforce.com Administrator certification is an advantage
-- Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
-- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-- Demonstrated ability to apply Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool
-- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience
-- Positive “can-do” attitude and strong team player
-- Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality
-- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with data and software applications

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
A system administrator should have a solid understanding of the organization’s business, deep Salesforce.com knowledge, and ideally, a good grasp of CRM concepts. Most importantly, you should be proactive, organized, and logical in your approach.
