-- Conducting engaging training sessions to ensure users are proficient with the tool
-- Customizing the application and testing Polarion updates
-- Collaborating with colleagues in Germany and Spain.
-- Participating in agile tool development and promoting AI initiatives (a smaller part of the role).

Requirements:

-- Technical or engineer education degree
-- Requirement tool mangement knowledge (Polarion, Doors, etc)
-- 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar tasks (requirement tool support, process development, organizing reviews, moderation; establishing the requirement structure, coordinating, and providing trainings)
-- Stable German AND English knowledge: fluently and confidently
-- Familiar with programming (e.g. Python, etc) and can leverage this to adapt the applications
