Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable and robust IT solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and create technical specifications.
• Support the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies and platforms.
• Integrate new systems into the existing IT landscape, ensuring compatibility.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of implemented solutions, conduct code reviews and technical audits.

Professional Requirements:
• Several years of experience in IT architecture and solution design with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Datacloud, etc.) and surrounding systems.
• Strong knowledge of software development, databases, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Relevant certifications in technologies and methods (e.g., AWS, Azure, TO.GAF, SAFe).
• Industry experience in retail.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the offer-to-order process.

Personal Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
