Responsibilities:
• Develop IT systems for the Fixed Income division, covering various aspects of the business
• Collaborate closely with business users to understand financial products and markets
• Participate in all stages of the IT system lifecycle, from gathering requirements to supporting users
• Work with various technologies, including Java, Scala, Python, data management systems, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Solve technical and business problems, including regulatory scenario calculations for the Market Risk Department

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and solid communication skills
• Experience in developing data or computation-intensive backend applications is a plus
• OOP design skills, with an interest in Functional Programming concepts
• Willingness to work with legacy code and enhance existing systems
• Strong Java or Scala skills, with a willingness to learn the other if needed
• Knowledge of Spring framework is an advantage
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, PR processes, JIRA, and Scrum Agile methodology is a plus
• Knowledge of financial products is a bonus
• BSc or MSc in IT or Engineering is preferred
