What you'll be doing:
You will lead a team of 8 junior and senior analysts and take care of the end-to-end AP process for the UK region. You need to plan and organise the work of your team and also to work under the general direction of our AP manager - who would also support you during your training.
On a daily basis:
• You will be ensuring that all AP activities are performed and team targets are met
• You will staff the team with capable people and encourage their future career development
• You will have regular coaching and feedback to team members to create a positive team atmosphere
• You will ensure administrative people-management tasks are done on time
• You will be taking care of team members’ individual job related problems
• You will create and maintain standard best practices collection
What you need to have:
• You have 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role in an international SSC environment AND
• You have 1 years of people management experience and you would like to further develop yourself
• You are fluent in English
• You are an expert at influencing, analytical thinking, facilitation and interpersonal ability
• You have excellent administrative skills and ability to analyze data and produce reports
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
• You would like to use SAP system in a developed business environment
