Key Responsibilities
Support and guide a team of test engineers and technicians
Contribute to test strategy and implementation
Design and develop test systems and automated solutions
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
Improve and standardize test processes and tools
Analyze test data and support decision-making
Coordinate priorities across projects

Requirements
Experience in test engineering or related field
Initial leadership experience or strong motivation to lead
Basic knowledge of testing methods (hardware/software/embedded)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English and Hungarian
Good communication and teamwork skills
