Your future tasks will be...
• Office and facility management activities for the Budapest, UAE and Frankfurt offices
• Interface with HR, IT, and HSE to ensure that facility offices meet all Albemarle and applicable cultural, industrial & government standards/codes, and sustainability objectives
• Assist Local Facility Coordinators with daily operational issues as needed
• Collaborate with local leadership and corporate functions in space planning to align with corporate Core Value strategy, employee retention, employee recruiting, improve facility utilization, and reduction of overall facilities related costs
• Assist in identifying contractors for maintenance, office build out, and/or renovations
• Work with Procurement and IT to identify opportunities to reduce facilities-related cost
• Assist with and manage special projects as assigned by supervisor and leadership
You are the ideal candidate if...
• Advanced communication level in English and German (both written and verbal)
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) & typing skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
• Good team working skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
