What you'll be doing

• Preparation of manufacturer material data for maintenance business
• Access and research technical device information’s in manufacturers and suppliers data sources
• Compile the search result of data into standardized system specifications
• Creating, maintaining and updating material master data in SAP
• Monitoring and checking automatically created materials
• Managing all ‘Source of Supply’ settings for SAP materials
• Managing lifecycle status for materials
• Monitoring and managing enhanced product content fed by providers, processing records to correct inaccurate or missing content
• Collaborating with other functions to optimise quality of product presentation
• Providing daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc reports

What you need to have

• You are fluent in English and French
• You have at least 1 year of experience in complex electronic data management
• You are interested in a back office role and able to handle details in a precise way
• You have experience working with ERP systems - preferably SAP
• You have knowledge of IT industry and understanding of IT technologies and products is an advantage
• You are confident with MS office and have a good Excel knowledge
• You are able to prioritise and handle multiple requests simultaneously
• You have experience working in a multinational team
• You are able to manage customer expectations and resolve significant customer issues whilst moving the business forward
