What you'll do
• Drive end-to-end delivery of finance-related product and process initiatives.
• Coordinate development activities across Product, Engineering, Finance and other business teams.
• Translate business priorities into refined user stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Understand and optimize complex finance workflows and business processes.
• Manage dependencies, risks and delivery timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support release planning, readiness activities and quality assurance processes.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding priorities, progress and outcomes.
• Challenge requirements and help uncover underlying business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through process improvements, standardisation and automation.

About you
• Experience in Product Delivery, Product Management, Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of complex business processes, ideally within Finance, ERP, Billing, Payments or Accounting domains.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and system interactions.
• Experience working closely with software development teams in an agile environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria and managing backlogs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• German language skills are considered an advantage.
