Key Responsibilities:
Agile Delivery & Team Leadership
• Lead one or more Agile teams through end-to-end delivery, ensuring sprint goals, commitments, and delivery outcomes are met.
• Actively identify, escalate, and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies that impact delivery timelines or quality.
• Drive accountability and focus within the team while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support teams through change, growth, and evolving priorities in complex organizational environments.
Agile Facilitation & Coaching
• Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) with purpose and outcomes in mind.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, and mindset to move beyond “doing Agile” to being Agile.
• Encourage self-organization while providing leadership and direction where needed to help teams mature.
Operating in Complex, Scaled Environments
• Navigate and manage complex team structures, cross-team dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and other Scrum Masters to support alignment across teams and programs.
• Actively contributes to scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe or similar frameworks) and improve coordination across multiple teams.
Proactive Problem Solving & Innovation
• Anticipate issues before they impact delivery and take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Think creatively and “outside the box” to adapt Agile practices to fit the team, product, and organizational context.
• Use data, metrics, and team insights (velocity, flow, predictability, quality) to guide continuous improvement.
Global Collaboration & Flexibility
• Support teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to enable effective collaboration with globally dispersed teams when needed.
• Foster strong communication and alignment in a remote and hybrid working environment.

• Teams consistently deliver on Sprint and PI commitments with improving predictability and quality.
• Impediments, risks, and dependencies are proactively managed and resolved.
• Agile ceremonies are effective, engaging, and outcome-driven.
• Teams continuously improve their ways of working and Agile maturity.
• Strong collaboration exists across teams, roles, and regions.

Qualifications & Experience:
Required
• Strong people leader with excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams through complex delivery environments.
• Ability to take ownership of internal and external dependencies and work across organizational boundaries.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
• Demonstrated proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and influence outcomes.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence, Rally, or equivalent.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Preferred
• Experience working within scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and participating in PI Planning.
• Experience supporting teams delivering complex digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of value delivery, flow, and outcome-based metrics.
• Passion for continuous learning and helping teams grow into high-performing units.
