This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Budapest.

What You’ll Be Working On
Coordinate ERP rollouts across multiple countries and entities.
Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and project follow-ups.
Work with Finance, IT and external implementation partners.
Support the standardisation and improvement of Finance processes.
Help integrate newly acquired businesses into the global Finance platform.
Keep stakeholders informed about progress, decisions and upcoming changes.
Support users in adopting new processes and ways of working.
Maintain project documentation and capture lessons learned.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and automation.
About You
Experience in ERP implementation, Finance transformation or process improvement projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
Oracle NetSuite experience is highly desirable, while experience with other major ERP systems is also relevant.
Comfortable using project management tools to organise and track activities.
Proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent English communication skills.
