Responsibilities

Design, engineer, and implement secure Remote Access and External Access solutions
Work on multiple parallel projects, collaborating with other engineering and network teams
Act as a subject matter expert for network technologies related to remote and external access
Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior management
Ensure cross-team alignment and communication for changes impacting enterprise IT
Contribute to service lifecycle processes in line with the defined service roadmap
Evaluate, design, test, and document scalable and globally consistent solutions
Provide 4th level support for complex issues and drive them to full resolution
Take ownership of escalated incidents and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements

Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Solid documentation and process-oriented mindset
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Experience working in global environments across multiple time zones
Proven experience with enterprise network design, implementation, and operations (WAN/LAN)
Hands-on experience with secure access solutions (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler, or other Zero Trust platforms)
Experience designing and operating end-to-end remote access systems, including endpoints
Familiarity with enterprise environments with strict change management processes

Nice to have

Cisco and/or Palo Alto certifications
Knowledge of ITIL v3
