German speaking Billing Accountant - Contract Administration (PE-12009)
What you’ll be doing:
I Request handling and contract creation
-- Validation of I Requests with regards to content accuracy; corresponding with Resource and Service Management and giving a helping hand
Billing preparation, billing and month end closure
-- Professional Services: Preparation of time based or milestone billing or accrued income within month end closure process (incl. creation of contractually agreed invoicing documents and calculation of accruals for third parties)
-- Billing meetings / phone conferences (with Service Management, Operation Management, Project Management and/or customer) to agree on the right billing amounts
-- Billing in SAP, manual filing
-- Month end closure: billing of all invoices during month and also month end. If necessary responsible for accrued revenue process (all invoices for the respective month have to be either billed or accrued)
Controlling / Reporting for Service Management and customer; SCC (Service Mgmt. Competence Center)
-- Budget Controlling
-- Contract Profitability
-- Ad hoc reporting
-- Support of Service Management Competence Centre (SCC) with several options to support and help them
What you need to have:
-- Interested in Finance or Accounting
-- Fluent in German (spoken and written) and have an upper-intermediate knowledge of English.
-Good knowledge of MS Office tools
-- Good communication skills
-- Process and customer orientated attitude
-- Good knowledge of the SAP PS module, which is an advantage
