If you join us, you will be responsible for the followings:

• Manage incoming requests in the case tool and review/distribute the same to various teams
• Process payroll for assigned pay areas
• Maintain, review and update records and process payments
• Administer various payroll related actions and generate reports
• Perform estimate calculations for various entitlements
• Monitor correctness of payroll and pension data
• Execute all required processing controls
• Review and respond to queries from staff and vendors
• Escalate inquiries requiring more extensive research
• Maintain liaison with the Insurance and Tax Unit on issues
• Liaise with clients to clarify questions

What you need to have?

• Completion of secondary education (high school diploma) is required
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• 1-2 years of work experience in payroll or finance is required for candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related fields
• 3+ years of work experience in payroll or finance is required for candidates without university degree
