► Category Expert for Communication Services with focus on mobile & landline communication for 8 eastern european countries

► Clarify demands with Internal Business Partners as country specific IT in regards to strategy, provider management, requirements / models (pooling, subscription), awarding, contracts, etc.

► Very close alignment with the Category Expert’s community for mobile & landline communication

► Delivery of category results (savings, payment terms, automation, supplier base optimization, second supplier share)

► Negotiate contracts and rate cards,

► Define local sourcing strategy and include in the global strategy incl. bundling oppotunities across countries

► Develop the specific expertise, including market-know-how, sourcing methods and competences, for the respective Category

► Implementation of the indirect purchasing processes ensuring compliance requirements

► Mentorship of global and/or local suppliers

► Drive competition / further develop and apply negotiation expertise

► Preparation and approval of purchasing decisions / contracts in accordance with the signature regulations

► Applying Lean Routines / CIP methods and tools

Requirements:

►Bachelor’s degree (Technical or Commercial)
