Product Manager (PE-11673)
• develope a portfolio strategy for assigned product range based on the company’s business goals and market needs
• analyze competitors and the market, as well as monitoring trends in order to optimize the product portfolio and identify new business potential
• act as first mover and competence builder regarding future priority topics (e.g. new product ranges, price segments or target groups)
• develope pricing strategy and design of pricing models based on business goals and market needs for various sales channels
• manage the entire life cycle of products, including new product launches and product replacements with demand estimation; slow mover steering
• analyze sales performance and optimize portfolio to best fit the company’s business goals and market needs
• support the drive of central product initiatives aligned with the overall product strategy at local level
• build close working relationships to sales, marketing and customer service team to deliver product strategy (e.g. activate local sales force to push products through dealers and channels)
What will make you succesfull in this role:
• 3-5 years experience in product management in relevant industry with clear understanding of product and target groups
• ability to understand the strategic needs of the market, anticipate changing trends and respond to opportunities and threats
• strong analytical skills and ability to perform market and competitive analysis and product strategy development
• experience in developing pricing strategies, including developing pricing models and pricing policies
• excellent communication, project management and problem solving skills
• customer centricity, fluent in English and Hungarian
