We are looking for an HR Business Partner for one of our heavily expanding international client.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Line Managers and Senior Managers in strategic and business targets
• Delivering HR practices such as workforce planning, performance, engagement, retention, talent & leadership
development, line manager education, organisational design.
• Supporting the business to implement a range of effective HR solutions to meet the partner’s strategy
• Managing transformation and change program
• Coaching and training leaders to build and develop leadership capability
• Ensuring all business activates according to the labour legislation and policies
• Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

What you need to have:

• Professional experience in HR as generalist or business partner minimum 3+ years
• Professional experience in customer facing and/or leadership support is an advantage
• Hungarian labour law knowledge is an advantage
• English on a fluent level
• Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
• Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
• Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as
• Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
• Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution
• Creative mindset is an advantage
