Scope of the position:

Strategic and operative HR management of the R&D Center.
• Main HR processes:
o Human resource management (planning, recruitment & dismissal)
o Retention
o Career / Talent Management
o Compensation & benefits
o Learning & development
o Labor law
o Administration & HR controlling
• Strong cooperation with R&D Manager and HR Director
• Cooperation with R&D Management, other R&D Locations, and parent company
• Develop and maintain transparent HR databases, Key Process Indicators, statistics and analyzes supporting top management
• Organization development (organization structure, selection and development of leaders, coaching, etc.)
• Process development
• Coordination of R&D Service Providers
• Operation and development of the Internship program, Dual Education, PhD Program
• Internal and External Communication, Employer Branding
• Forging the R&D HR team
• Planning & roll out of strategic projects
• Employee mood compass
• Atypical employment


• Good organizational skills, accurate and precise work style, flexible personality

• Project approach, service oriented and proactive personality
• Continuous self-development, knowledge of trends
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluent Hungarian and English (German is advantageous)
• Specialized College or University degree
• Driving license and practice – Category B
