Automation Developer for Regional HR Service Center (PE-11326)
Your tasks will be:
-- Analyze processes to identify automation potentials
-- Create specification for automation projects
-- Lead automation projects, including:
-- Feasibility study
-- Fulfill legal and compliance requirements
-- Involve necessary stakeholders
-- Programming (mainly RPA)
-- Test and verify effectiveness
-- Bench-marking within Global HRS community
Qualifications:
Background: You have bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology or similar working experience
-- Experience: Preferably you have min. 1-2 years of experience at least in one of the desired tasks (internship period is also taken into consideration)
-- Working practice: Programming experience in one of the following languages: Python/Java/JavaScript/SQL and VBA, Power Excel, Microsoft Power Apps
-- Personality: You have the ability to learn new languages and technologies. You have analytical mindset and problem-solving skills and the willingness to self-learn
-- Languages: You have advanced English skills (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are beneficial.
